Students who wants to persue fine arts as a career, should have a portfolio, which will help them to showcase their artwork to the universities, school client or potential employeers.

Fine art portfolio is collection of recent artworks, which can demonstrate potential of an artist’s vision, creative abilities i.e. ideation to visualization to manifestation, and artistic skills using various material, methods / techniques, tools, technology and mediums such as pen, graphite pencil, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, oil, pastels, mix-media and digital.

Photograph your artwork, design the cover and bind your portfolio. Portfolio should be versatile, impressive, unique and based upon a theme. Artwork can be grouped based upon medium, style or subject and should have collection of at least 15 to 20 best artworks. Portfolio should also have artist statement along with Resume. Each artwork should have an interesting title, with a story behind which can be explained in the interview or the presentation.
